Missouri Trail Riding Clinic
Develop the skills in yourself and your horse to be confident and have fun out on the trail. Trail riding can be dangerous and nerve racking. Find out how you, as the rider, can cultivate a strong focus and help your horse with his own emotional fitness on the trail. You will receive riding tips for riding different terrain, navigating water crossings, and much more. Have a specific issue you want help with (spooking, gigging on the trail, etc.)? We will help you problem solve to find a natural solution.
In this 3 day clinic, you’ll learn the leadership skills needed to ride out and have fun doing it! We focus on improving our horsemanship skills to get our horse working for us. You will get practical experience riding through creeks, and up/down hills. You will also get the opportunity to build your horse’s confidence over obstacles. This is a great way to improve your relationship with your horse all while having fun with a great group of riders. This is a clinic you won’t want to miss.
We have a covered arena to ride in as well as many miles of trails on property. Not to mention a beautiful creek and one-of-kind obstacle course close by. We will focus on horsemanship skills and play on obstacles the first day. Day 2 and 3 we will spend time honing our skills out on the trail! We will gather around the campfire at night to horse stories. This will be a fun getaway with your horse!
